Usage

Renders the term with a dotted underline; hovering shows the definition as a native browser tooltip. Useful for inline glossary references that don't justify a full link.

Accessibility: tooltips appear on focus too (keyboard navigation). **Mobile gap**: HTML `title` tooltips don't fire on touchscreens — phone/tablet readers see only the underlined term. For terms central to understanding, prefer a wiki link or inline parenthetical over hover-only definitions.
