Usage

Wraps content in a collapsible block. Default state is COLLAPSED visually only if MediaWiki:Common.js is loaded (uses .wm-collapsible toggle); on JS-off readers see expanded content (failure-safe — visibility matters more than hiding).
Pair with MediaWiki:Common.js's initCollapsibles.
